We are obliged to make you satisfied with our products and service on creativecra.com. If you are not happy with your purchase we are willing to provide a refund and exchange service under the following conditions:
- All returns and refunds must be applied within 30 days of receiving your purchase at email@example.com or the Contact Us page.
- Please provide your order number and the reason for your return or refund. We will review your request and send you a further email if it is approved.
- Only purchases on creativecra.com could be refunded or returned. If you buy from other websites, please contact the seller of the website you purchased from directly for refunds.
- Returns must be in original packaging and in their unused condition. If the returned item is not acceptable, it will be refused acceptance.
- We are not responsible for the shipping charge of returns for personal reasons. Please consider carefully before placing orders.
- If the buyer does not want the package for his own reasons or thinks that the package does not meet his expectations, please contact the customer service within 7 days after signing for the package for return and refund, and the return postage will be borne by the buyer.
- All returned packages shall not be sent back to the original delivery address, please contact customer service before returning.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the correct return address and return instructions.
- All returns must first be approved by our Customer Service Team. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Thanks
- The return shipping cost is covered by us if it has been proven to be provided in error by our company, including wrong items sent by us, damaged/defective problems, or other reasons which accepted by our customer services team. Once we evaluate the issue/receive the items, we will fully refund immediately/offer compensation, or resend a replacement.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
If you receive a damaged product, do not throw away the packaging. Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will deal with it without a doubt. You need to provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Picture of damaged package or products
- Correct shipping address
We will arrange a replacement for your damaged item at no cost to you. But the damage caused by the customer will be issued an extra fee for replacement.
Process Time of Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will refund you within 36 hours once your package is received.
But it will take another processing time for your payment bank to deal with the refund. If you have any questions about when you will receive the refund, please contact your bank for further details.
Change or Cancel Order
If you want to modify your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order. We will deal with it once we receive your message. Please note orders that have been sent out cannot be modified or canceled.
